    Ignored (dependency, member) pairs are suppressed from both reporting and --fix. Without member, the rule applies to every crate and also drops the dependency from promotion-candidate grouping. Both inline-array and [[workspace.metadata.inheritance-check.ignore]] array-of-tables syntax are accepted.
