Release notes
This GitHub Actions workflow sends a Telegram notification whenever the “Go Test” workflow completes (success or failure). It includes:
The repository name The commit message (as a clickable link) The commit author The workflow name and its status (success or failure) The message is formatted using Markdown and sent to a specified Telegram chat using your bot token and chat ID stored in repository secrets.
